С ее помощью по ЦМР  среднего  разрешения (например, SRTM03,  GMTED2010) выделяются  линейные и куполообразные объекты,  а также  более общие  текстурные  особенности, позволяющие существенно повысить качество тектонического и геологического картографирования, структурных построений  и районирования. В общих чертах описана  теория масштабных  пространств в применении к решению этих задач. Приведены примеры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The  article  presents  a  technique  for  identifying  structural  elements  and  details  of  the  geological structure in digital terrain models (DTM)  based on the theory of scale spaces. With its help, linear, domeshaped  and  textural  features  are  singled  out  from  medium-resolution DTM  (for  example,  SRTM03, GMTED2010), allowing to significantly improve the quality of studies related to tectonic  and geological mapping and zoning.
