В своей работе автор обобщает материалы, освещающие основные фазы развития рельефа Моравско-Силезских Карпат, и оценивает воздействие, оказанное на рельеф неотектоническими и гравитационно-тектоническими факторами, а также климатическими изменениями в третичном и четвертичном периодах. По мнению автора, основную роль в формировании современного рельефа сыграла мегафаза эрозии в плиоцене.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Moravian-Silesian Carpathians are the small westernmost member of the Western Carpathians in the southeastern part of the Czech Republic with interesting very young and sensitive relief. The author summarizes in his paper the main phases of relief development of the Moravian-Silesian Carpathians and evaluates impacts of neotectonic, gravitational tectonic, and climatic changes in Tertiary and Quaternary Periods.
