Abstract
On October 7-9, 2008 in the K.E. Tsiolkovsky Kaluga state pedagogical university (KGPU) passed the XXIII Plenary Interacademical Session on erosion, channel, and mouth processes. The meeting was held within Conference on change of global climate and its consequences and devoted to the International year of the planet Earth.
